Days come and go by. Months come and go by. Years come and go by. But few dates bring back memories. Memories, good and bad. Memories, of people and time spent together. Memories, of the demised.
24th April, 2020 is a date that saw innumerous eyes crying and countless hearts break. It was the day, many Photographers lost their support system. It was the day, many aspiring photographers lost their future guide.
24th April would be remembered as the day we lost a gem who beliefs in capturing life through lens, lost one of the most precious gem, to the eternal World of sleep.
On this day, just a year ago, Ronojoy Roy, famously known as Ronny Roy walked into a completely different World, leaving behind his work and words to continue to rule the World.
Ronny Roy had started his journey of photography from the film industry and went on to sports photography. He was a person who captured every bit of life through his camera.
Ronny Roy was a Messiah to many because he, apart from being a dedicated photojournalist, he was there for one and all, in any circumstance. From blood donation to staying awake at a hospital to saving lives, he will always be alive in our hearts.
