News desk: Our society fails again to understand the mental health of an 18 year old child. Nidhi Poddar, a girl residing in Lake Town, jumped off a building and lost her life on the 24th of January, 2021.
The young soul left behind a suicide note saying that 'hasi ke piche dukh bhi hota hai kabhi kabar' which mean 'many a times, a smile hides a lot of pain'. She also mentioned how much she loved her parents and her best friend, Nandini Khandelwal.
It is high time our society starts lending their ears to ones who needs to be heard.
