From the very beginning of the rally, 10 CPM youths were desperate to join the Nabanno campaign. Howrah and Sealdah stations were flooded with white, blue and red flags gleaming.
The barricade at Dorina Crossing was broken under the ager of the youth. This time the crowd suddenly raised the level of the slogan and started shaking the gate. The police realized the stupidity after overcoming the shock. Police surrounded the MLA and his accomplice. Two people were dragged and picked up in the car. They were detained. Later, however, only two were released.
